Mortal Kombat 11 Krossplay will become "Kross Generation" when the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles welcome Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate next week! NetherRealm Studios confirmed the update to online play with a social media post, also addressing confusion caused by a WB Games post. You can get Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate for all of the platforms covered, and Google Stadia, starting November 17th! Kombat Pack 2 will also be available for existing players, adding Mileena, Rain and Rambo! This feature will not be available on Switch or PC. Toggle the feature in settings to play Casual matches w/ players on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series XIS, & Xbox One, as well as in designated Online Rooms. On Nov 17, Krossplay will become Kross Generation for Playstation & Xbox players.
The developer clarified their ommission after WB Games Latino had implied the third-party ports would be included in the update.
Casual matches will be retooled November 17th to accommodate players on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X & S, and Xbox One! PC and Nintendo Switch will not be part of the Krossplay update.
